Who is responsible

What we collect, why, and for how long

Your device also keeps your save and settings in its own storage, so the game works offline. Clearing the site's data removes it.
Who we share it with
Other players see only your nickname, hat, level, net worth, title and badge count on the leaderboards. Our only service provider is Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the game and its database and sends the sign-in emails for us. Cloudflare runs a worldwide network, so your data may be processed outside Thailand. It does this under its data processing terms, which include appropriate safeguards (PDPA s.28–29). We never sell or rent personal data, and we don't use advertising or tracking services.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you can:
- ask for access to, or a copy of, your data;
- take it to another service;
- correct it (you can rename yourself in the game);
- have it deleted (👤 → 👕 → Delete my tycoon & data does this instantly);
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it;
- withdraw consent at any time, for example by turning off notifications.
Write to hello@messeasia.com; we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC), Thailand: pdpc.or.th.
Children
Expo Tycoon is for all ages and asks only for a nickname. If you're under 20, please ask a parent or guardian before you add an email address or turn on notifications.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that matters, we'll say so in the game. The date at the top shows the latest version.

การเปิดเผยข้อมูล
ผู้เล่นคนอื่นเห็นเพียงชื่อเล่น หมวก เลเวล มูลค่าสุทธิ ตำแหน่ง และจำนวนเหรียญรางวัลของคุณบนตารางอันดับ ผู้ให้บริการของเรามีเพียง Cloudflare, Inc. ซึ่งโฮสต์เกมและฐานข้อมูล และส่งอีเมลเข้าสู่ระบบให้เรา Cloudflare มีเครือข่ายทั่วโลก ข้อมูลของคุณจึงอาจถูกประมวลผลนอกประเทศไทย ภายใต้ข้อตกลงการประมวลผลข้อมูลที่มีมาตรการคุ้มครองที่เหมาะสม (มาตรา 28–29) เราไม่ขายหรือให้เช่าข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และไม่ใช้บริการโฆษณาหรือการติดตาม
สิทธิของคุณ
ภายใต้ พ.ร.บ.คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล คุณมีสิทธิ:
- ขอเข้าถึงหรือขอสำเนาข้อมูล
- ขอให้โอนย้ายข้อมูลไปยังบริการอื่น
- แก้ไขข้อมูล (เปลี่ยนชื่อในเกมได้)
- ลบข้อมูล (👤 → 👕 → ลบผู้เล่นและข้อมูลของฉัน ลบได้ทันที)
- คัดค้านหรือขอให้ระงับการใช้ข้อมูล
- ถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ เช่น ปิดการแจ้งเตือน

เกมนี้เล่นได้ทุกวัยและขอเพียงชื่อเล่น หากคุณอายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปี โปรดขออนุญาตพ่อแม่หรือผู้ปกครองก่อนเพิ่มอีเมลหรือเปิดการแจ้งเตือน
การเปลี่ยนแปลง
หากประกาศนี้เปลี่ยนแปลงในสาระสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งในเกม วันที่ด้านบนคือฉบับล่าสุด
