Your first ten minutes

You start in a small meeting room with one empty table. Walk by dragging anywhere on the screen. Stand still on a tile with a price on it and it builds.

1. Build the first table, then walk an exhibitor to it. Exhibitors pay a fee to take a table.
2. Build the badge desk. On show day visitors queue at the entrance; stand on the yellow spot to badge them in.
3. Sign enough exhibitors, then open the doors. Stand on the gold OPEN DOORS tile. The show runs for about a minute.
4. Collect contracts. After the show, happy exhibitors drop a $ coin: walk past to grab it. It means they rebook for the next show.

Running a show

Everything on show day earns money or stars. Your score for each show is out of three stars.

• Coffee: grab cups at the coffee point and take them to anyone showing ☕. A spill costs you mood until you mop it by standing on it.
• Speakers go to an empty stage in the seminar room. Talks bring delegates, who pay and shop.
• Sponsors go to an empty sponsor stand. They pay the most and send VIPs, who must be walked to a sponsor before their patience runs out.
• Incidents: a dead mic, a gate-crasher, litter. Walk into a gate-crasher before he reaches a table.
• Celebrities sometimes walk in. Lead them past the stands for photos and extra cash.

Staff: a team that runs it for you

Each job you do by hand can be hired out. Stand on a hire tile to take someone on, then train them in ⬆️ → STAFF (ten levels each). The desk team badges the queue; runners walk exhibitors, speakers and visitors; the cashier collects the money piles; security catches gate-crashers; a technician fixes mic and power faults; a concierge escorts VIPs; a talent manager tours celebrities; a marketing exec picks a campaign every show.

The last hire is the show manager, who opens the doors and runs whole shows for you. From then on the floor runs itself, and you can switch it on or off at any time.

Upgrades and the research lab

Tap ⬆️ for upgrades. Every skill has the same ten levels, each more expensive than the last: walk speed, how many people follow you, coffee cups you carry, staff speed, badging speed, cash pickup reach, queue patience, visitor spending, VIP patience and route mastery.

The 🔬 LAB runs research in real time, from four to six hours per project. Examples: registration kiosks (badging 20% faster), night shift (earnings while you're away last 6 hours instead of 4), and a VIP lounge (VIPs wait 30% longer and pay 25% more). Start one before you close the game.

Routes and campaigns

Each show brand can follow a route: a Trade Fair (fewer, serious buyers who each spend more), a Consumer Show (crowds that spend less each), or a Conference (knowledge first: delegates and VIPs pay more). Switching costs money, so pick the one that fits how you play. Before the doors open you can also pick a marketing campaign at the campaign board for a boost that show (or hire a marketing exec to pick one for you).

Cities: Bangkok, Singapore, Macao

In Bangkok you grow from meeting rooms into Grand Hall 1 and Grand Hall 2, and after Grand Hall 1 your calendar gains a new show brand each day next to your first Trade Expo: Coffee Expo, Pride Show, Digital Dental Show, Green Tech Festival and Digital Infrafest. Each has its own twist, such as a Barista Championship or a live implant demo.

Singapore (Bayfront Expo) opens once you have Grand Hall 2 and have run all five Bangkok shows. It pays three times Bangkok. Macao (Cotai Grand) opens after Bayfront Hall B and day 14 of your career, and pays ten times. Your cash, staff, upgrades and research travel with you, and the cities you leave keep earning on their own.

Seasons and the Grand Expo

Seasons follow the full moon. Each ends with the Grand Expo, a finale weekend where your best show score goes on the season board. Season 1 runs from 27 October to the Loy Krathong full moon on 24 November 2026. Until then it's pre-season: every show still counts for the weekly league.

Seasonal events drop in through the year, such as the Loy Krathong Lantern Fair, the Halloween Night Market, the Christmas Market and the Songkran Foam Party, each with its own breaks and rewards.

Friends, leagues and trade associations

Leaderboards run by world, region, country and city, plus a weekly league that resets on Monday. Invite friends with your link from 👥: when a friend plays their first show you get a bonus that grows with your progress, they get a starting gift, and you unlock the gold hat. Trade associations hold up to 30 tycoons: badge 4,000 visitors per member together each week and everyone opens a crate.

Ten tips from people who run real shows

1. Fill the room before you open the doors. An empty table earns nothing and makes the hall feel quiet.
2. Hire the desk first. A slow queue is the most common reason for a two-star show, in the game and in real life.
3. Sponsors are your best money. Build a sponsor stand early and never leave a VIP waiting.
4. Walk past everything. Contracts and cash piles collect themselves slowly; walking past is instant.
5. Upgrade walk speed and followers early. They make every other job faster.
6. Start research before you leave. The lab works in real time, so a six-hour project is finished by the morning.
7. Pick a route and stay with it. Switching often wastes the money you paid for route mastery.
8. Don't rush to Singapore. Run all five Bangkok brands first: they keep earning while you travel.
9. Play the full-moon weekend. Only your best Grand Expo score counts, so one good show is enough.
10. Join an association. The weekly crate is free rewards for playing the way you already play.
